Once your items have been shipped, we’ll send a notification to the email address and phone number provided at checkout.
You can also monitor your order status anytime via the tracking number you receive once shipping has been confirmed.
Occasionally, postal tracking services may show your order as "delivered" when it has only arrived at your local post office. If you haven’t received your package yet, we recommend waiting a few more days for final delivery. You may also want to contact your local post office, as they could be holding the item for you. Or just drop us a line!
At the moment we only ship to the UK and Ireland. However, if you are really keen for any of our items, then please contact us directly and we will see what we can do!
We will try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible but there will be a handling period for all orders before dispatch. Majority of orders will leave the warehouse within 1-3 working days of payment. We will notify you via email once items have been shipped.
We will try out utmost to make sure this doesn't happen, but if for whatever reason it does then please contact us. Usually orders should arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch, but if it has been longer than 10 working days, then please get in touch with us asap after this time.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.
If you are unhappy with your purchase (which we hope you will not be!), then you can request a refund by emailing us or sending us a 'get in touch' message above. We'll send you all the instructions you need. Please make sure you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
